Terms of Service

By accessing or utilizing Tryone (accessible via tryone.com.br), a software-as-a-service platform operated by Tryone (Tax ID / CNPJ: 66.331.153/0001-20), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Tryone provides digital commerce infrastructure, virtual try-on software, and omnichannel messaging integrations with Google APIs and Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Cloud API and Instagram Graph API) as an Independent Tech Provider.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By connecting your Google Analytics property, WhatsApp Business Account (WABA), Facebook Page, or Instagram account to Tryone, you grant our platform authorization to access and process the data strictly necessary to deliver dashboard analytics, conversation routing, customer support automation, and notification dispatching.

2. Third-Party Platform Terms (Google & Meta)

Google API Services: Tryone interacts with Google Analytics 4 via official APIs. Our handling and transfer of information received from Google APIs strictly complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including all Limited Use requirements.

Meta Platform (WhatsApp & Instagram): Tryone operates in full alignment with the Meta Platform Terms and Meta Developer Policies. We do not sell user data, nor do we utilize Meta user information for purposes outside the explicit delivery of contracted customer service software.

3. Merchant Responsibilities (Data Controller)

Tryone acts as an infrastructure and technology provider (Independent Tech Provider). When using messaging capabilities (WhatsApp Cloud API and Instagram Direct Messaging):

• The merchant client remains the sole and exclusive Data Controller, responsible for securing verifiable prior consent (opt-in) from end consumers before sending notifications.
• The merchant is solely responsible for message content, compliance with the WhatsApp Business & Commerce Policy, Meta Community Guidelines, and honoring consumer opt-out requests promptly.
• The merchant must maintain the confidentiality of their dashboard credentials. While Tryone protects all API tokens with AES-256-GCM encryption, account password security is the merchant's responsibility.

4. Prohibited Uses & Immediate Suspension

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Tryone:

• Sending unsolicited bulk messages (SPAM) or engaging in abusive outreach;
• Transmitting illegal, fraudulent, harassing, defamatory, or copyright-infringing content;
• Violating data protection statutes (LGPD, GDPR) or policies imposed by Meta or Google.

Tryone reserves the absolute right to suspend or terminate platform access immediately upon discovering abusive behavior, spamming complaints, or policy violations.

5. Service Modifications & Updates

We may periodically update these Terms of Service to reflect regulatory changes or platform updates. Continued use of Tryone following any modifications constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms.
